If we ask you to create a folder what you do, either right click and select the option of Create New Folder or just click the New Folder button on the title bar? That would be pretty easy, but what if we ask you to create multiple folders like folders inside folder? I am sure that would take lot of time and effort if you plan to manually visit every folder and create a new one inside it.
There are occasions when we are required to create hierarchy of folders like while maintaining audio library etc and creating a folder manually is a bad option at this time. Although you can make use of cmd (command prompt) to create folders at one instance but it would be little complex and not everyone would know how to do it.
So here is a simple tool called Text 2 Folders that can help you with this purpose. With the help of this tool you can create folders inside another folder at one go easily thereby saving you from lot of time and effort. Text 2 Folders is a small utility designed to quickly create (sub) folders. Using this tool is also very easy; you can either import a text file with the location of folders (in a new line) or manually type this text in the program window. But before this you will first need to specify the root folder where you want all these folders to be created.
Just download the utility from the link below, run it to open the program window. After you have typed in the required info for the folders to be created, you will then need to click the Create Folders button which will create all the folders at once.
The tool is free to use for both personal and commercial use and is compatible on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
