We all are busy with our daily office and day to day work that we don’t find time for ourselves, don’t we? The same is the case with me, thus to have some change I planned a short trip with my office colleagues to the place called Rishikesh, India, especially for adventure sports like river rafting, cliff jumping, trekking and Bungy Jumping.
I like exploring places and doing adventure stuffs like these, thus we, who were a group of 5 people, left for the place last weekend (as it was a long weekend Friday 6th being Good Friday). We reached Rishikesh on Friday noon, and after spending some time on the beach went straight away for river rafting.
It was my first experience at this sport too, and I was thrilled to have done this. It was really awesome to have done rafting and cliff jumping (we jumped into the Ganga river from some high cliff). We camped next evening and rested to prepare ourselves for the next day’s major event.
Next day we left for Bungy Jump (in Rishikesh, it is not that high however for the first timers like me it is not that bad too lol). I reached the place and was reluctant in doing it but the passion grew in me and I decide to have a go.
I am sure you would like to see how my jump went, so below is the short clip of me having a leap of faith in air.
This is me jumping off for the first time from an 83m high bridge and experiencing what free fall is. I don’t know how I did it but believe me; the feeling after it is just extraordinarily awesome. It’s not the jump that is scary, it is the moment just before 😀
