After the successful nine months of Google Chrome browser which almost 30 million people use everyday worldwide, Google has announced the development of Google Chrome OS.

According to the Google, the Google Chrome Operating System will be made available to the public in the later half of the next year 2010. Google Chrome OS will be an open source and a light weight OS that will be initially designed especially for the Netbooks.

Features of Google Chrome OS:

2.    Fast and Light Weight

3.    All new exciting User Interface.

4.    Google trying to make it virus and malware free.

According to Google, Google Chrome OS is a new project, separate from Android and will run on both x86 as well as ARM chips.
