Google Rips Off Beta from Gmail, Gtalk and others
Finally, the time has come when Google has decided to rip off the Beta label from its services like Gmail, Gtalk, Doc and Calendars.

It has been a long time since the launch of these services but they have been running till now under the Beta label. This has made people wondering when they will be removing the Beta label from their services.
Gtalk was launched in 2005 and G Docs in 2006, so it seems that their testing is finally over and the services are available without the Beta logo.
If you still have the old Beta logo appearing then try upgrading to the latest version.
