Hide Mouse Cursor in Windows after a Set Time Period

Mouse cursor is one of the essential elements of a computer system as it helps you to navigate on your system and open/close various files and folders. I think it will become very hard to use your system without a mouse. But sometimes it irritates us a lot, especially when we are writing a text document or filling some form.

The cursor overlaps various characters that you have entered and annoys us a lot. Thus if you also get irritated with such problem, you would definitely like to hide the cursor. In this article I will let you know that how you can make the cursor disappear after a certain period of time.

For this you are required to download a very tiny application known as “AutoHideMouseCursor”. This is a handy application that doesn’t require any installation and can be easily removed without leaving any traces on your system (simply by deleting it). So when you will download the file, you will find an archived folder.

Then you have to extract the folder to get the main executable file. Run the file to make configurations with the tool. In the main interface you will be greeted with the slider that you can move to set the time interval after which the cursor will get disappeared automatically. By default the slider is set on 5 sec but you can easily change it.

The application quietly gets minimized in the system tray when not in use. Overall this tool would be of great help especially for those who spend long working hours writing the text documents and get irritated with overlapping of cursor on various characters. You can get the archived file from the link given below.
