This is a common problem which one can see in many computers. The problem was reported by one of our readers who wanted to know the solution to the problem that his computer only displayed the classic theme of the Windows XP.
The thing is that any attempt to change the theme goes futile and the theme gets stuck only at the classic theme only. Not only changing the theme doesn’t work, doing a system restore doesn’t help either.
After researching about the problem, I came across the solution that has been found working for many and is a simple one too. Kellys-Korner has developed a registry file for this (line 214) which we have uploaded for you.
Just download the file, extract it and double click on it to add to your registry which will solve the problem automatically.
