Steps to Remove Save as Scheme and Other Entries from Right Click Menu

Each of us must have experienced this thing that when we right click on desktop, the menu that comes up (also known as Desktop Context Menu) takes some time to show up as it contains many entries like Save as Scheme and other graphic driver entries.

These entries are used very rare but takes much time to show up. So if you want to remove these things from the context menu then you can do that by making some changes in the registry.

Steps:

1.    Run regedit to open the registry editor.

2.    Navigate to following entry

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

3.    Delete the key igfxcui (for Intel) or other similar key for your graphics card.

Now the right click menu will look nice and will also take less time to show up.
