You must have come across this problem one or the other day that Ctrl + Enter that always used to fill the URL address by .com doesn’t work anymore.
I also came across this problem recently in IE browser and here is the solution to solve this problem.
Steps:
1.    Run Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer along with other browsers have one thing in common for sure that if we only give the URL of the site and press Ctrl + Enter, http://www and .com will be added before and after the text in the address bar respectively.
